question about VPN and LTE

Hi everyone

So I moved house and applied for a line transfer. Surprise, surprise -- Telkom tells me the exchange is full and that I'll have to wait at least 6 months for the upgrade. So now I'm contemplating LTE.

I'm a complete newbie to mobile internet. Can I use my VPN service on the laptop connected to the LTE/mobile service? In other words, can I connect to the Internet and then connect to the VPN service?

Not sure if I've properly articulated my question. I'm not familiar with mobile broadband terminology.

Yep you'll be able to, the VPN just utilizes any type of internet connection your computer has
