Question about WantItAll

About a week and a half ago I ordered a graphics card from WantItAll, and although I haven't ordered from them before I have read about them and know that delivery does take a long time, because it comes from America and whatnot. Once I had paid, the order page showed the following status: "ITEM ORDERED FROM SUPPLIER - 2009/05/09", which has since remained unchanged. Is it just taking a long time to order, or does is the order status not updated regularly?

The order status does get updated regularly.

The orders take a while sometimes.
Send them an e-mail and I'm sure they'll get back to you with an appropriate response.

Also Ap0c is the GM and rep here on the forum.
So you could drop a PM if you like as well.

Usually how it goes is:
Item ordered from supplier
Item delivered to their warehouse (waiting for consolidated shipment)
Then it gets shipped to SA
SA Custom clearance
Courier to you

Bought a watch from them last year October, and Ap0c helped out through out the process.
