Update: I Canceled no problem. No charge.

Hey guys

So last year I got a call from WebAfrica (My ISP at the time) about getting fibre - I basically "verbally agreed" over the phone to sign up to their 100Mbit fibre.

3 Months ago Frogfoot installed TP's (Termiantion points) into all the units in our complex. Last week, Frogfoot shows our fibre went live.

Since then I've been calling WebAfrica, opening tickets, and e-mailing them daily, to get the fibre working - HUGE PAIN, Nothing has come of it yet, no help, slow response times, unsolved tickets automatically closing - the list goes on. They just don't care to friggen get me connected. I have no ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device installed, and no router shipped.

Fast forward to last night, Vox shows up to our complex with a tent, handing out free boerewors rolls. The guy tells me he can get me connected to Vox in less than 10 days, no problem.

Now my Question - Will WebAfrica charge me any "installation fees" if I cancel and go with Vox? I need to get the fibre connected, and I don't have time to wait for WebAfrica to get their act together.

Like I said, It was basically a Pre-Order - WebAfrica have not installed anything yet, or shipped me any router - I just have the termination point installed by Frogfoot - but I think EVERY unit in the complex got that - even if they don't use internet.

Thanks in advance!
