Question for rogues?

Ok i had a alliance lvl 70 rogue ganking low lvl people in xroads i whent out killed him few times and one of the lowbies asked me to duel he said if i am in duel he cant use some of his abilities is that rigth?

Well the rogue was no problem under geared i think cause i killed him with 4 spells.Each time.
 
Sort of if I understand correctly you and the lowbie would be in combat, the rogue would not be able to sap. That is the only ability I can think of he wouldnt be able to use.
 
Its been said that if 2 alliance (ie in STV) started a duel, No-one could attack them, not even the horde

Not sure if its true

I think he means that if the lowbie & him enter a duel the ally scum ,waste of air, usless prick wouldnt be able to use some of his ablities on them since they where in combat.

No body is suppose to be able to attack any of you 2.
We can only jump you once the duel is over.
 
No, that is not true, i often gank hordies dueling each other "evil laugh".
I agree, sap is probably the only ability that is affected.
 
lol while lvling my mage in xroads I had a ally rogue causing kuk there, I sheeped the bliksem a couple of times while the guards pounded the kuk out of him. He was upset lol
 
actually, i could be wrong, as i would usually wait until one of em is really low health, so the duel could ofc be over.

U See what i am saying about allys, you just cant take them anywhere. Why do allys do it from behind?
 
Well, at least i'm not as bad as the hord rogues on my server, they now always do dailies in full pvp gear, and enjoy ganking in places like bashir landing, so you have to then go and farm for a phase device before continuing. Another favourite spot is at the 2 dailies at Lork Kazzak. They fly above on their mounts and wait til your fireball is complete, and then gank you on your way back to deliver it, so you have to start again :)
 
Had some alliance rogue child jump me while killing nagas (while grinding as enhancement), would bring me to low health then let the mob kill me so i lose 10% durability instead of delivering the killing blow himself.

So many people who play this game should be taken out to the yard and shot in real life. A good majority of them appear to be rogues.
 
Well I complain sometimes too, but always get my revenge. We chose to play on a pvp server so ganking is part of the game. Next time you see a ally run past you look at him as "there go +7 honor" own him.
 
True nuff, prob is playing a healer on a pvp realm isn't exactly conducive to a 'quick win' gank. Picking a fight as a healbot is a long and too often, unrewarding experience.
As a dps class where i could just nuke some poor shlub on half life or less and carry on my merry way, it would be ideal.

People should remember that every time they gank a healer or tank, they're making it that tiny bit harder to find a tank or healer when they cry in LFG channel.

Easy enough to fix though, roll shadow priest or fury warrior and respec once you hit 70. Alot of ppl i know respec depending on what they doing. Costs a kuk load of gold though.

Therein lies the rub. It costs me 100g to spec Enhancement and back to resto in time for the next day's raid. It kinda defeats the point of farming about 200g in between raiding if i have to spend half of it respeccing each time.
