Do you have acces to a Laptop for MyWireless ??

It seems some guys get good speeds on some frequencies from a tower and bad on others.

So if you could drive to say another tower and connect on a frequency different from what you normally connect with and see if your speed improves dramatically

Then we can be shure its a problem with their network and make them fix it

The problem is simple - even if Rodent (or anyone else) for that matter did that - I did I might add - it does NOT mean that things WILL get fixed.

It simply means things MAY get looked at and if nothing obvious is found the standard fallback of contention ratios would probably be used.
