Question if this D-Link Router will work for VDSL?

I am planning to upgrade from 20mb dsl line to vdsl, however, my current router does not support vdsl.

I am planning to get the following router: https://www.takealot.com/d-link-dsl-g225-wireless-n300-adsl2-vdsl2-modem-router/PLID44018214

Will this router work with telkom/openserve vdsl exchanges?

No reason for it not to. Might I suggest that perhaps you get a Router from the Telkom Shop. The firmware will be bastardized but you will at least eliminated any compatibility issues you may have.

It'll work but depending on your network setup, I suggest you spend a little more and get an Asus router.

Hehe - The OP's one looks like the same DLink router I got from the Telkom shop (except Telkom's is Telkom)

These routers are great and can do up to 20mb on adsl+ configuerd router

They are the same router, except one is loaded with Telkom firmware, the other's not
