I have a R299 pm plan with 512kb 5gigs, not including line rental is mweb automatically gonna upgrade me? (to uncapped)

I don't know hey. They said on the facebook page that if you pay more than the current uncapped options you will be upgraded to the uncapped option for free. So I'm not too sure. But I think you will hey. Since you pay the same as the 512k uncapped. So I think you need to call them and change it yourself. The upgrade is easy. They will be able to tell you.

I have a 4mb/s 5gig account and they said they wont upgrade me for free:-(, thinking bout paying the extra money for the uncapped anyway, 5gig lasts like 2 days

lol a 4meg line and 5gb lasts you 2days??? THAT LONG?...that would last me a few hours at most.

I posted a similar question in the Official Q&A. The answer is apparently no (at this stage anyway).

Hi Gordon_R,

Have confirmation, unfortunately no other migration options besides the 2 you mention above. Obviously you are welcome to stick with your current package/pricing and will still be migrated to MWEB's new network.

MWB.
