scenario - customer has got e620 data card...on prepaid bundle ...works at JHB - ABSA towers - so thats in JEPPE.. he has 4/5 signal - blue colour with e620 tester..
he says from 7 until 12 his connection is ok - but from 12 oclock it becomes a disaster - severe packet loss - and disconnects each 3-5min .
is this a situation of contract users being given preference to the network and prepaid customers being kicked ?
problem confirmed yesterday and today .
with /without small black antenna it happens from 12bells
any ideas?
