hey guys, for those of you are have telkom as your isp all knows that we are getting the so called FREE local bandwidth ranging from 10-30gb depends on our accounts..
now my question is: do we only get to use those local bandwidth once we have reached our cap for the month? Or did telkom implemented so kind of sophisticated software that seperates our local and international usages so that we can tap into the promotional bandwidth even at the start of the month (it's highly unlikely..... i know... having my fingers crossed)?
I mean... if we only get to use those bandwidth after we got capped, then it is pretty pointless since we still cant finish our caps too soon for those of us who need to do researches on international sites. And if we uses up our cap at the end of the month, that leaves us with like 3-4 days to use up 20gb.. which is impossible for my 384 connection... :/
But then again, there are nothing to use up the local bandwidth to begin with since ninja central closed down *sob*......
