Is there anywhere I can see, or an app I can install, which will tell me what exactly is happening with my connection at any given time; i.e. what specific programs are responsible for how much each in terms of up- and down-traffic?
I've been using NetWorx till now to see what total traffic I've been getting, but it doesn't tell me (that I've been able to find at least) what applications are responsible for how much of that total. This has become an issue for me as it's telling me my connection is being hammered to its max capacity, both up and down, but I cannot for the life of me find just what's downloading and uploading what, and I can't find anything running on my machine that'd explain the traffic on the connection. There aren't any updates running, no downloads, no torrents, nothing at all that I can find, but *something* has my connection redlined, and I would dearly love to know what.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
