I'm thinking of downgrading to a 384 line from 4mb as I'm strapped for cash right now.
What in your opinion is the best way to do this? My current ISP is mweb uncapped. If my line is with telkom will it be easier to tell mweb to migrate my line to them and then downgrade me or should I phone telkom and keep my line with them? I dont mind who is in control of my line as I will anyway be taking mweb uncapped again although just the 384 option.
