Question regarding downgrading Telkom 10mb Account to 2mb

Good day All

I currently have a 10mb line(DSL Fastest) & a Telkom Do Premium Account (20gb+20gb) as well as a 6mb Mweb account.
If I downgrade my Do Premium account(still keeping the email adress) ,will I still be able to continue to make use of the 6mb Mweb account?
What is not clear for me is whether if I downgrade my Telkom Account ,it will also affect the line speed when I make use of my Mweb account?
Anybody that can share some light on this? I did try and phone Telkom,but after 1h30mins of holding the line,I am still waiting for somebody to answer.

If you donwgrade your line then all accounts will downgrade accordingly.
You'll be able to use the Mweb account at reduced speeds should you go say 4mb.
