Question regarding my car registration - License

Hope everyone is well.

Sorry for bothering if the subject has already been treated. I have 2 questions about some informations written on my motor vehicle license.

When I registered a vehicle to my name, I could not get the disk because of two things :

-First, roadworthy (than I plan to do in less than 21 days). Does anyone know what "non-RTQS" mean in the "Roadworthy Status" section ?

-Second, "Other Unlic. MV" Is written in the "Police Mark/Other" section of my vehicle license. I was wondering if anyone know what was the meaning of this so that I can act in consequence ?

Any answer is welcomed and I thank you very much for trying to help me.
Otherwise I imagine that I can have some help tomorrow by calling the Registration Center.

It's NOT a heavy load transport vehicle --- RTQS = Road Transport Quality System

i think it means that you have other unlicensed vehicles registered on your name??

Thank you for your reply. Its helpfull.
No it is not a heavy load transport vehicle. Is the Road Transport quality system something I should be able to figure out by myself ?
