Question regarding Nokia Lumia 930

I bought my Lumia 930 at end of December and now all of a sudden the speaker function does not work properly and the person who cant hear me properly but as soon as i take the phone off speaker talk then i can be heard again.Is this a common fault with the 930 and is there a way to rectify this?
