Question regarding Telkom R60 10GB

Ive been meaning to get the Telkom R60 10GB contract for a few months but put it off due to laziness. Now they don't give out that contract anymore, but then i found a site that does sell them. I assume they got these sim before Telkom discontinued the contract.
