I purchased a MTN Pay As You Go cellphone with the included starter pack, and I had to fill out and sign a customer pick-up document.
The document has certain terms and conditions that to be agreed upon.
Condition#8 states: "Pay as you Go cellphones can only be used on the MTN Network in conjunction with the MTN Pay as you Go SIM card or a SIM card which has been obtained in conjunction with an MTN contract."
Condition#11 stated:"The above unit might be network locked."
Are these conditions stating that I may not use the cellphone on any other network other than MTN's or that I may only use the phone on the MTN network with an MTN sim i.e. I can't use the phone on MTN's network unless it has a MTN sim inside?
Edit: The phone in question is a Nokia which has a 24 warranty from Nokia
