Question regarding Uncapped + Telkom

Hey people

My question is as follws: We have one of these Telkom Closer plans where we get 3gigs per month (384k line) plus 1000 free minutes for land line calls. Now I want to convince my dad to get one of the Uncapped packages on offer, but is there any way to use Mweb's (for example) uncapped service but still be able to keep the 1000 free minutes for the land line?

This would be the main concern for my parents as that was the main reason they chose this Closer plan.

yes, you would simply get the data only package from mweb (or whoever) and continue paying telkom for the closer/ADSL rental

The Telkom Closer plans are separate from the ADSL plans. You should still be able to keep your Telkom Close plan while using Mweb/Axxess/Afrihost/Axxess/WebAfrica/OpenWeb/Atlantic uncapped offers.
All of the ISP's I've mentioned offer the same uncapped for roughly the same price...
