Question regarding voice topups...

Please clarify... When purchasing airtime minutes (voice) on Clientzone in web browser, I get the following when checking out:

"Please Note: You will be charged immediately for this airtime and the airtime will expire on the last day of the month."

When purchasing the same airtime on the mobile app, it indicates that the airtime expires after 12 months.

Which is correct?

Had the same problem last week with Airmobile, I checked with @AfriNatic as well, if you purchase airtime with the Afrihost app, your airtime will not expire. It’s called evergreen airtime.
I got the same message airtime will expire in 12 months but it’s not the case.

If you purchase via your bank, your airtime expires in 2-3 weeks which is crazy.

Please confirm if the sim card is from us or an OPT-IN sim card. With OPT-IN sim cards, the MTN Terms and conditions still apply based on the price plan selected.

Its a pre-paid MTN sim which I registered with Afrihost. I get what you're saying, but I selected the exact same top-up (R25 airtime) on both platforms, so surely the validity should be the same irrespective of whether I purchase on app or browser?
