Question to Nokia users on the Ovi store

Hi all,

Quick question (have checked the web and cant find any answers), are the app purchases in South Africa via the Ovi store, billed to your credit card or is it carrier based billing (billed to your cell account with the network)

Don't know but guess is carrier based. If it doesn't ask for a Credit Card, then it's carrier based.
