Does anyone know what WA international latency is actually like after adding the Pro addon to your package?

Boost your data speeds with Titanium Prioritised Bandwidth with lower latency. Super-fast priority for you!

How much better is it than normal WA data? I'm asking specifically for gaming reasons.

Thanks WAJeff, it does help seeing how it all works...

But I'm mainly looking for responses from people with first hand experience with it, particularly from people who have added it for gaming - xbox, PS3 etc.
I mean, the network is pretty good (for SA anyway) for me on Silver already, so just wondering if its really worth going Pro.

It gives a more stable fast connection to international servers. 240ms for me to Europe.
Had some problems the last weeks, but it seems to be more user specific and not the entire WA client base. Most of this have been resolved though. Is it worth going pro? probably not if you are happy with the silver...

I did an international speedtest on my silver account and it was 204ms.

Not sure if going Pro would decrease that even more...for me thats nuts!

No personal experience with it, but I'm inclined to say that its probably only worthwhile if you're experiencing problems. If its fine at the moment then you're not experiencing shaping in the first place & removing it will have little effect imo.

That being said I'm sure you can test it for a month somehow. The other thing you might want to give a shot is a gaming tunnel solution.

I tried and tested it, was a complete waste with Rift as I had exact same results with their prepaid shaped package.

It's the exact same product as unshaped BW, though with the added promise of better prioritisation. Not worth it in my opinion.
