i know "mweb guy" are mweb

but who is the user for telkom? do they even have one?
 
Telkom doesn't have any reps here, although there are a few people working for Telkom that lurk on these forums.

There are enough people around here that knows tips and tricks on how to get things done quicker than usual, so just feel free to ask :)

i want them to go fix the exhange in worcester,been bad for weeks now and it dont seem like they do enything about it

so i thought if i pm the guy,he can maby arrange someone to come fix it :)

i can ask the telkom shop at the mall,but there useless, literly useless
 
Okay you cannot just ask a Telkom rep (unofficially) to just go out and fix your exchange, you have to make sure it is on their system of faults so it goes through the usual channels.

Best is to answer Pada's question from the other thread and reply here.

So far i seen you mentioned it 3 times including this thread about your problem, not a good idea.

soz... i am just getting realy iritated with it...
 
sorry to hijack this thread. Is there a way to get a bloody technician to fix our line. It hasn't been working for the past 3 years and counting. We've made numerous, frustrating calls, went to telkom's shop. In the past I don't really care, but each day i hated iburst more and more so planning to get an adsl line. SO PLEASE!!!!
