Can you pl help? I have an explora2a as a primary decoder and HD model 4u as a secondary decoder using smart LNB , channel 100 is playing have only two cables running from the dish one unicable to explora and one to secondary decoder, the problem is the HD 4u has only one tuner, and it keeps saying waiting for communication to primary decoder,MC called them they can't help? Would it help to run the cable as heartbeat or get a new decoder??
