Hi all

Does any one know if the infinite call from T* work?
Do they cut the line after a certain time of no activity?

Thanks

Can of worms you've opened there piet2.

Infinite call is apparently no longer available to new subscribers - but if you beg and plead and insist, you'll eventually get it - apparently.
Do they cut you off for no activity ? --- I don't think so, some pople on this forum have been using it succesfully, and some people have been cutoff regularly, and some people that were cutoff have claimed their losses back because of the cutoff.

So - try to get it, if you can get it, use it, and if it cuts you off, insist on getting re-imbursed. It's going to cost you a lot of your time though. Good luck.

Cutoffs are generally cause by 1. Bad line quality (T*lk*m's fault) or 2. Your ISP - come isp cut you off if you idle too long. It's not something that they publically admit to, but it happens.

Its ok....

Ive had infinicall for years now...

If you're using a 56k modem u'll be lucky to get through a weekend without it disconnecting.

I use ISDN and its pretty stable, disconnections are rare, maybe a couple per month. Although the past few days ive been disconnected a lot but i think my isp has been doing some maintenance.

If your planning on being on the net a lot then yes its worth it, itll save u a lot.

Thanks

thanks for the advice. Ill do my best to get it though :(
