Something strange I read recently.

If a person was aware of people trying to harm someone, why would a person not tell the potential victim?

What about the innocent victim?
You just going to let them die?

Depends. Who is the "perp" and what type of harm. Also, what kind of evidence do I have? If it's gossiping, I'm not getting involved, aint nobody got time for that. If it's like kicking them in the face with a ball, I need the reddit karma, so I'll film it. If it's really someone being killed, well, do I have evidence that supports it, do I have time to warn them? Then I have time to phone the police or security as well.

So you're gonna have to expand on the scenario a lot to get a proper answer.

Ever heard the saying No good deed goes unpunished? Sometimes it better just to live your life and let other deal with their own. The messenger often times gets the flack, so if you are not close to the "victim" no real reason to get involved.

It's called a Poison Pen letter.

/keep your nose out of other people's business.

I would always help the victim no matter what. Maybe it’s just me...
