A friend of mine has a windows 10 pc that doesn't have a tpm and the processor doesn't qualify for windows 11. Apparantly there's an article on Microsoft's site which allows you to bypass these requirements. Apparantly when you do that you miss out on some security features in windows 11. Which security features are you missing out on and how serious are they? Would it be ok if you do all the available windows 11 updates and have good antivirus software? He can't afford to buy a new pc and won't be able to master Linux. Chrome OS Flex is too limited for him.
