Questions about prepaid meter token generation

I just want to ask some questions because i have a client here in Nigeria who wants me to write a software for his company to generate prepaid meter token

I have to do all the necessary research without asking the client some silly question.
i seem to have understood how the system works but the only unclear part is how to get the logic for generating the token.

considering their request for proposal, i have to generate the token to be sold programmatically.
My question is this, How do i get the logic?
i am guessing the logic vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and MAYBE from meter to meter.

Do the meter manufacturers share a "secret" documentation or logic when supplying the meters?

Pm me describing what exactly you need to do and who you are doing it for. If there's not a conflict of interest, I can point you to a SA company already involved in metering (not vending itself, they install and read meters) in Nigeria, that you can discuss this with.

I just sent you a PM and btw, is that link in your footer suggesting CSRF? i guess they allowed it deliberately since logging out is not "really" a dangerous act, except well, you can frustrate a google account user by forcing them out via background ajax requests.
