Queue for passport fetch?

Hi everyone, apologies if this is inappropriate or posting in the wrong spot. Does anyone know whether we need to queue again if we go fetch a new passport at home affairs (Pretoria), or can we skip the queue and just go grab it? Did it via ABSA but they then sent it to home affairs office... Thanks!

When I fetched my passport at home affairs there was a separate queue for collections which obviously went much faster than the new applications queue.
