Just thought I'd add a thread for the lazy or those with little time.
Your ideas? I'll add some later when I get a chance or if anyone is interested.

Eggs in a snackwitch machine:
Heat snackwitcher
Spray with spray and cook (butter flavor is better), you can also use butter or marg.
Break eggs in (4 per snackwitcer)
Add salt and spices as you want.
close it.
3 to 4 minutes later you have 4 perfect eggs.

Frozen or fresh veggies in the microwave:
stick them in a porridge bowl.
add a bit of salt
add a tiny bit of water (more to get the salt mixed than anything else)
Put a small plate over the bowl as a lid.
stick in microwave for 6 to 12 minutes (depending on quantity and microwave strength).

Scrambled eggs in microwave.
Place eggs, bit of milk (or water) and salt into a suitable bowl.
Heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds for each extra egg but not more than 2.5 minutes at a time.
after first heating add a little butter or marg, stir and insert in microwave.
Repeat till the eggs look almost ready, stir for a few seconds, leave standing for a few seconds and you have perfect scrambled eggs.
An added bonus is that you can add things like cheese to the mix without fear of sticking and burning.

Salticrax:

Crisps:

I live on a plot, 20 minute drive to closest shop, buy, 20 minute drive home, unlock gates and all, sit down and "snack".

You mean from my monitor, cell phone, computer, microwave or the sun?

E = hv

List of highest frequncies in each EM class

Cell Phone = 1900MHz = 1.9*10^9 Hz
3G = 2112.5MHz = 2.1*10^9 Hz
Microwave = 10^12 Hz

Visble light reflected off carbon, doesn't enter inside you and mess around with molecules/atoms/nuclei/electron energy levels.

Cell Phone < 10W
3G < 15W
Microwave > 1000W

You tell me.

Biltong, dark choc(mint, salt, nuts), chewing gum, boiled egg, fruit. Eh those are snacks for me!

I assume you understand what non-ionising radiation is? Presumably you're also not climbing into the microwave when you turn it on.

Some people...

They'll look for conspiracies in every nook and cranny. The microwave is perfectly safe for crying in a bucket. The thing has been tested for 50 years now...

Cinnamon bread:
White bread, grill for half minute on one side
slather in butter on other side
sprinkle sugar and cinnamon
Grill for 1/2minute-1minute.

Minute noodles:
Packet of any minute noodles, flavour does not matter because first priority is to throw away the flavour packet.
Boil
Crack in an egg
Add bits of ham, spring onion, garlic, just about anything you have around
Flavour with assorted spices - some hot sauce always works well, coriander, pinch of curry powder maybe, no need to be strict on how you like to spice things.

I read that as charo mix :D

I always cook eggs in the microwave. You can also cook bacon in the microwave, get a microwave dish with lid (make sure yoy leave the lid a tad open on the one side). Cook for around 5 min checking at times to make sure it does not burn.

Quick and filling low carb snack!

Protien cake
Two scoops weigh protein (choc)(25to30grams)
1tsp sugar
1/4tsp baking power
3/4tbsp coaca powder
1egg

Mix well in large cup or small high sided bowl

Extras: can add some dark choc crushed up and/or show crushed pecans

Microwave for 1min, pour cream into cup/bowl I normall make a slot in the middle of the cake to pour cream into! For normal people may not be best cake but low carb people will enjoy the snack every now and then!
