Quick and safe trojan ...

I have not been down this path before but I need to patch some exe files with some other application.

I need to target a folder of games ( win16 and win32 exe files) probably originally coded in vb and some are also flash 5.0. The target files don't need to survive, mainly the icon, filesize can change just a small bit and date must be preserved. So basically an innocuous trojan than must pop up a warning about a computer being infected.

I could go other ways regarding this, but the boss is basically afraid of the transgressor (long story) and this leaves me toothless. Anyone know if some ready to go application?

Or do you need an actual backdoor/trojan ?

Most viruses are free to download.
