Hi guys/gals

Just looking a bit of car advice and I couldn't think of a better place to ask :)

Basically, I've just gone to my local Kempster Ford dealership to look at a second-hand Fiesta. Its an '07 model, 1.4, full service history etc. and has 103000 kilometres on the clock. Now, I can get this for R80k which includes a 2 year warranty (he said bumper-to-bumper warranty, which I assume covers everything). It felt good when driving and the warranty gives me piece of mind.

Now, my brother is looking to get rid of his Getz (also an '07, 1.4, 90000 on the clock) and will sell it to me for about R65k (trade-in value).

What do you guys think is the better deal? At the moment I'm thinking that if I get the Getz at least I know who's driven it and what's happened to it, but on the other hand the Fiesta has the 2 year warranty

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Has the cambelt been done on the getz? I drive a fiesta and while i love the dam car to death it seems that getting parts anywhere else but ford is going to be a slight issue.

I would probably opt for the getz at that price if its in the same condition as the fiesta.
