Quick DIY case mod

So I decided this morning to cut a hole in my sidecover, cover it with a piece of hard plastic lying around and put 2 LED strips in.

Total cost R60.

I think it looks pretty good for that price! (The cables look crap but that's a job for another day.)

I agree, prefer the "Black Monolith" look myself, got quite a few Gigabyte Chassis X7's at clients and in the office:
