I'm having a problem with my dstv decoder and I need to do a forced upgrade using my dstv dual view decoder (not through the usual manner of going to the menu option using the remote) I remember that one has to reboot the decoder and before scanning starts press menu, the down arrow and some other buttons after that. Can someone please assist and tell me what's the rest of the sequence. Thanks!
