At a client at the moment, and need to get into their Telkom 4 ports POTS ADSL router.

What's the default username / password for these?

What is my default username and password to access the router?

If your router is Telkom ADSL Router with 4 Ethernet ports and your Firmware Version on the router is REL9K the default username is "admin" and the default password is "epic router". If the firmware version on the 4port router is 4.1.0.9, the default username is "admin" and the default password is "administrator". If you are not sure of which firmware version is incorporated into your 4port ADSL router, try both default passwords.If you have changed the password and forgot what it had been changed to, then you can reset the router to the default state by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds (while the unit is powered). Note after resetting the router all your customised configurations will be lost.

mine was admin and nothing. i.e. no password. i.e. press enter.
Mine is an ancient huge alcatel pots home.

I have found telkom modems with the username being "root" and then the password either "password" , "admin" or "administrator"
