Quick question about car license renewal

So I recently moved to joburg but of course my car still has EC plates and my license disk has just expired.

Now will I

A. Have to get a family member back in PE to fill out a form and renew the disk there and send it up to me?
B. If possible renew it here for EC?
C. Have to re-register my car for GP and get new plates and all?
