quick question on a process description app

A few weeks/months ago there was a link on digg to an app that gave detailed descriptions of all windows processes currently running on your system...anyone got the name of that app for me? digg search wasn't very helpful

it was probably process explorer by sysinternals,
who have now been bought out by microsoft, so get it here
