Quick RAM Question

I have a computer that takes PC133 SDRAM - I want to upgrade the RAM (put another stick in). Is there a modern equivalent that will do? Ie. something that I can buy new.

Alternatively, does anyone in the southern suburbs, Cape Town, have PC133 RAM sticks (say 512MBs) that they could sell?
