Just a quick technical question for Jannie or one of the guys

If you call from a landline to a cellphone and the RING breaks up - whose fault is it?

Someone here says it's the landline at fault because the ring shouldn't break up - is he right?

I would guess at congestion on the link between the cell company's switch and telkom's. But it's a guess.
