Hi

I just got my pc back from the store I bought it at.
Was told that my bios had to be reset.
Now its not showing my DVD Drive?

How can I fix this?

Open it up, check that the drive is actually connected.
Then go into BIOS and see if it is there.
Then check Windows device manager to see if there are any issues being reported.

Opening the case might void the warranty, just check if it has a sticker at the back.

Then take it back to the store you bought it from.
I'm in Parklands if you want to bring it round for a look-see.

lol i got it back from Chaos in parklands.
I initially opened it up when it didn't but clearly i looked wrong.
It was unplugged and i stuck it back in and its working now.
Thanks for the help though.
Anyway I can remove this thread to save myself further embarrassment? LOL
