Quickest way to get phone repaired

I dropped my Nokia 9300i and now all it (the phone part) chunes me is "Insert SIM". The PDA part works fine. Phone is on a Vodacom contract through Nashua.

What's the quickest way to get it repaired? The Nashua dealer in my area says they have a 3 week backlog of repairs

The big problem in South Africa - buy the product, but don't ask for support.
