Quiet Camping Spots

Hi All,

I'm just you regular "introvert" next door. I'm looking at doing a little get-away week-end with a couple of friends, and I just want to get some ideas from those who are regular campers (not the gaming type, sorry).

I'm looking for any good camping spots that may be a little less people dense. Ideally I'm looking for maybe a nice 2 -3 day hike with camping spots spread out. Don't mind setting up camp or the smaller self catering chalets. Forest setting preferred.

I'm currently in Cape Town, but wouldn't mind a lengthy drive.

Ps. Suppose I could Google this information, but none of those sites have a "people density" factor

http://www.matroosberg.com/site/accommodation.html outside of the winter season, where you can pitch tents or stay in one of their cheap lodges. Also, hiking is an option there. We were there during winter season and it was awesome as well.

Beaverlac is awesome but gets busy on weekends. If you go during the week you can have the whole place to yourself.
