The majority discriminate against the minority because once upon a time the minority took everything and gave hardly anything back to the majority. Show me where else in the world where the minority came in, took the best for themselves and now has equal rights as everybody else.

A transitional levy paid by everyone (black or white) with a taxable income in excess of R50 000. A tax on the rich, expect more of this in the budget.
