As for the old one, 2nd hand PC's do not go for much nowadays. How old are the various parts, how fast is the RAM and what make is the HDD? Also, has it all been over-clocked a lot?

2. can you get the antec nine hundred chasis?
3. Whats the difference between the current True power II antec 550W i got and this trio one???
4. and like shock G has mentioned the TEAM memory (seen he always has the latest and greatest, so i think he would know better than me)

BTW my hdd is seagate or maxtor cant remeber , its the one rectron stocks ... memory is DDR400 ... pc has been overclocked using nvidia ntune, so overclocked but ensuring stability... oh the cpu has the zalman cu heatsink and fan on it ...

have you considered a WD Raptor for your new PC? There is a noticeable speed difference with them esp since your going for such high end hardware.
Between seagate & maxtor, go for the seagate, its got 5yr warranty

You can easily fit everything in your R20 000 range if you get a cheaper processor, you going to be overclocking right? Just take a cheaper CPU and overlock the hell out of that, more satisfaction that way since the % improvement you get out is bigger. Hugs his 3200+ @ 2.6GHz
