Qysparkle sucks!!!!

Hope I found the correct site to provide this information ... I recently purchased a maternity dress offline on https://www.qysparkle.com/ . They sent me a email confirming my purchase and will not respond to any of my emails regarding my purchase. I contacted fedex with the fedex number Id they provided in email and fedex said they never sent the package. I’m mad because there is no way to speak to customer service or get in contact with the company and no way to get a refund...smh. They really shouldn’t have this webpage up disappointing pregnant woman who are already going through enough. It’s just sick. I would hate to see another pregnant woman go through this!!!!
