I know that not many people around here follow African football, but this guy was a true legend. Just last week he was linked with the Orlando Pirates job. So long Big Boss:

It is with great sadness that Soccer Laduma has learnt about the sudden death of former Nigerian national team head coach Stephen Keshi, aged 54.
Keshi passed away in his native Nigeria after he reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest, ahead of his scheduled return to the United States of America.

Was shocked this morning when opening sport24 and seeing the heading, RIP Stephen Keshi .

Woah. I was expecting him to be replacing Erick Tinkler. This is really sad

Eric Tinkler's inyanga must be very powerful... A man tipped to take your job dies suddenly... RIP Keshi!

Shaibu Amodu, another former Nigeria coach has died. He coached Pirates in the late 90s.
