As much as this must suck for the recipients I can fully comprehend something like this happening at Local Authority Level as how often aren't Ratepayers billed incorrectly, yet we must take it on the chin.

it sucks, i agree. but it doesnt say they deducted stuff that wasnt meant to be deducted...just that all the deductions ended up with them having nothing left.

it still sucks though.
