A number like R10,000 isn't randomly pulled out of a hat though. Some dev somewhere put in a number of R10k for delivery. Possibly a max value though that you managed to trigger. All it means is that there wasn't proper testing done.
 
They are going to stock the item for me. I hope the info gets back to the dev team and they sort it out. Things like this could put customers off.
 
This is odd, builders normally have a printout showing delivery costs for an area and its surrounds.

Doubt that'll happen. It's like they're running a 1 person dev team there.

Site crashes and restarts frequently, adding items on their "daily deals" to your cart crashes the site or the daily deal price doesn't apply when you eventually get to the check out page. Stock quantities differ to what's actually in store (Site says you can collect in 90 minutes with 10+ in stock but they don't even call you to tell you your order is delayed because they out of stock).

I reported these issues to them at the beginning of the year with details on how to reproduce it but nothing was fixed since then.
