R21 after Nellmapius - BOTH LANES CLOSED

So this morning I found that there is a nice little traffic jam on the R21 - and traffic is moving very slow.

Managed to divert my vehicular unit and myself to Botha ave and from there to Nellmapius.

When I went over the bridge (Nellmapius over R21) I saw that both lanes was closed.

Arrived at the office, went to the i-traffic website. Conveniently all cameras was disabled (no live feed) in the area around the crash.

According to the i-traffic website, the accident occurred at around 03:00 am, single vehicle crash.

How the h**l can a single vehicle crash cause the closure of both lanes?

The only reason that I can think of is that there's lots of body parts all over the place

So... anybody also got stuck in this nice traffic jam from Hell?

And condolences to the friends and families of the occupants of that vehicle.

Yes, I was stuck at the same place on Nellmapius. Went on and took Delmas road (I work in Germiston). Missed the R21 completely and got to the N12 with the help of Waze. Looks like I will have to take the same road back this afternoon...
