K, this is completely off topic but I heard from a friend that with Vista, it only allows you to activate it twice. Can someone maybe confirm this or correct it for me please?![]()
The bottom line? As long as you remove your old copy of Vista from your old machine, you can transfer it to a new machine as often as you like -- providing, of course, you use only one copy at a time. Users buying preinstalled copies of Vista on new machines are not affected; they cannot transfer their license.
