MILA I AM YOUR FATHER..

Just read that. Someone here explaind the medication test to me. I'm just trying to wrap my mind around this:o

Double the amount of money, and cut off another inch.
Then it will be money well spent.

Let us see:
700 000 000 is 700 000 sets of R1000. It costs around R2000 at a PRIVATE DOCTOR in a PRIVATE HOSPITAL for a new born circumcision.
So that 700million would probably pay for 350 000 circs at a PVT HOSPITAL by a PVT doctor.
My medical aid refunded about 20c of the R2K I paid for my son.

How many circs are they planning - 40 million?

If adult males wish to have this done, then it is their choice, but we should not be lying to them claiming there is compelling evidence that it is effective in preventing HIV infection. The studies claiming to show this are invariably so flawed as to be completely useless. I also note that no-one is proposing researching whether cutting off parts of female genitalia will reduce the chances of HIV infection. It somehow remains acceptable to do this to males and, particularly evil, specifically to male babies. There'd be a huge outcry if anyone proposed lopping a bit off females. I think Organisations like WHO have been far too enthusiastic to embrace male genital mutilation. It's almost as though those doing so were strongly in favour of promoting it and latched onto the first excuse they could find.
