Funny that you mentioned it...Never have i met a white guy saying a black guy is a racist...Maby the word "racist" is a quick way out when you're cornered??

I see what you mean...The MAIN culprit i would say, is INTERFERENCE...If a guy wants to stay within his culture, respect him for that...Dont BARGE into his/her privacy and expect nothing to happen.

Not so sure about this being an interesting one... could be wrong...but its a loaded question with racial undertones....and will no doubt incite many a racial comments...

Yes it would.
Everybody would've been between their own, which naturally is the most prefered way to live for anyone, and be doing their own thing. It would've been great. Intermingling causes tension, because every group has it's own interests, and those interests are bound to clash.
 
Yeah, America would've never been founded. The cotton and sugar cane barons would be peasants and we probably wouldn't have the internet.
 
I have noted with interest that there's been no mention of sympathies to family that has just lost four members of their family. No no!!! ...no such luck here... we are all so concerned how this was or not a racially motivated murder.

Why do you know them, It is so sad but please do not be ridiculous. I have seen very little or rather NOne condolences for all the other murdered victims, black and white

However, Beeld reports, a totally different perspective was given by 71-year-old Vuyisile Mpofu, a retired policeman who had worked with Nel's father, Hennie, for six years in Swartruggens detective branch.

He couldn't believe the 18-year-old had been accused of killing the Skielik people.

"That kid is a good guy. My heart is sad." He said Johan was a "sweet boy" who treated blacks with respect.

Regarding claims that the Nels were racist, Mpofu said: "Aikona. They aren't like that.

"I am speaking the truth before God. I know what I am talking about.

"My heart is breaking," said Mpofu.

He said he'd visited the Nels at their farm on Thurday.

Cried with father

He and Hennie had embraced and cried together, said Mpofu.

"I feel sorry for that family. I didn't think anything like this would ever happen to them.

"I don't see them as white and me as black, because God doesn't have that problem."

He's been helping out on the farm since Johan's arrest.

"I have to help them.

"They are good people and I'm not ashamed to say so," added Mpofu.

We are so quick to judge when it comes to certain people without even considering what drove the f@@l to this incident! He is white and Afrikaans so that can only mean one thing!

This is disgusting - and probably comes from his fathers opinions and feelings. I obviously cant say but judging by his age his father or some relative must have influenced his descisions or thoughts.
Breeding racism is the worst thing anyone can ever do. Senseless, mindless killing of people of another race should not be tolerated and the accused should face maximum time in prison.
I hope this has an effect on racists everywhere and i hope there are no readers who tolerate it.
Racism must end and so must these old school beliefs - if you think you are better than another man because of your colour, you should be sent to a little island somewhere and never return.

This is what really annoys me about this all.

People preach that racism killings should have max punishment... WTF is wrong with you, random killings REGARDLESS of race should have max punishment.

White man kills a white child is seen as less of a crime than a white man killing a black child?
